Facilitation of Group Workshops

A typical scenario

The time has come to develop a new strategy, define product development, or prepare an action plan for the upcoming period. Of course, the best approach would be to run a workshop that captures diverse opinions and allows everyone to contribute their suggestions. But in such meetings, some people talk constantly while others remain silent. Because opinions differ, conflicts arise faster than constructive solutions. In the end, we sit through two presentations and leave with an agreement to dedicate at least one more meeting to the topic.

How we address these challenges in the training

Together, we clearly define the workshop outcome: what needs to happen for us to be able to pop the champagne at the end?
A facilitator using various approaches (LUMA, Mobius Loop, Design Thinking, Gamestorming, and others) ensures that everyone participates and contributes openly and equally to the workshop outcome.

What you will gain from this

Because they will be involved in the process, your team members will take greater ownership of the topic.
Facilitation enables a more focused, neutral, and objective discussion.
